From Apprentice to Contractor — A Legacy of Craftsmanship
As a fourth-generation construction entrepreneur, Cedric De Rosso was born into a legacy of craftsmanship that began with his Italian immigrant family in 19th-century France. His journey started with a formal apprenticeship in masonry and reinforced concrete in Toulouse (2002–2004), where he graduated with distinction. Soon after, he joined the prestigious Association Ouvrière des Compagnons du Devoir et du Tour de France — a renowned guild that trains Europe’s finest artisans.
Over the next five years, Cedric mastered diverse building techniques, from modern concrete and structural works to historic monument restoration, while working with expert teams across France and Italy. His hands-on experience refined not only his technical skill but also his leadership philosophy — discipline, detail, and dedication to quality.
